5. Enter extension/mailbox number you want to change
6. To reset the mailboxís password back to 0000, press
RESET
7. Press NEXT until you reach the name
8. To change the name, press change
9. Enter the last name first using the keypad, e.g. press
"2" for the letter "A", press the
"2" key twice for the letter "B"
10. Use "#" to advance the cursor to the next character
11. When you finish the last name, press "#" an extra
time to insert a comma, the do the
first name
12. Press OK when youíre done with the name and press Rls
