information assumes you do not have the GUI
administration tool. To find more information on the

This can only
be done from Port 01 or 02 (usually the reception phone).
All
phones will change.
To locate one of these ports:
From a Display phone:
Do NOT lift the handset,
Press FEATURE,
Press 4 on the dial pad.
The display will show the extension number and the 2
digit port number after the word TEL.
From either Port 01 or 02:
Do NOT lift the handset or press the Speaker button.
Press FEATURE
Press 9#
Enter the 2-digit hour and 2-digit minute on the dial pad
Press RECALL to change the AM/PM setting
Press HOLD to change a calendar setting or FEATURE to
exit
Press RECALL to select the day of the week
Press # to move the cursor to the day of the month field
Enter the day of the month on the dial pad (2-digit)
Press RECALL to select the month
Press # to move the cursor to the year field
Enter the last two digits of the year on the dial pad
Press FEATURE to exit .
