From a Display phone:
Do NOT lift the handset,
Press FEATURE,
Press 4 on the dial pad.
The display will show the extension number and the 2 digit port number after the word TEL.
From either Port 01 or 02:
Do NOT lift the handset,
Press FEATURE,
Press REDIAL,
Enter the 2-digit memory location XX (00-79)
Enter the outside line access code 9,
Enter the Phone number to be stored,
If you want to enter a name, Press HOLD,
You can enter up to 13 characters by using the Dial Pad,
When you press a number on the dial pad, Example 3,
The first time you press 3, you get a capital D; the next time you get an E, F, d, e, f, 3.
When you press another button, it will shift to the next space.
If you need to use the same key again, press the # key to shift to the next space.
You can use spaces by leaving it blank.
Press FEATURE to write the data.
